Designed for July to October, this itinerary travels to the northern Serengeti and Mara River area where the herds often gather. The migration moves in response to rain and grazing. Welcome to Tanzania. Your driver-guide meets you at Kilimanjaro International Airport (or Arusha Airport) and transfers you to your hotel in Arusha. The rest of the day is free to rest after your flight. In the evening your guide briefs you on the safari ahead.
